The Foster Group Legal Search is seeking experienced legal recruiters to join our NYC office. The recruiter is responsible for coordinating throughout the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process for partner and associate searches. Role responsibilities include working closely with firm clients to obtain new and updated search needs; creating and managing candidate development and contacts to meet current and anticipated law firm needs; conduct interviews with potential candidates; manage and utilize resources to identify appropriate candidates; and continually update the company database with all new and relevant client and candidate information.
Candidates should have a demonstrable record of search experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to think strategically and deliver high quality work, strong motivation for personal success, and a passion to build a business and achieve unlimited earning potential.
