Geoff Scollard serves as the Managing Director of the Florida office and as a Senior Legal Recruiter focusing primarily on domestic and international placements of lateral partners and groups as well as office openings for BigLaw firms entertaining new territories.

Prior to joining The Foster Group Legal Search, Geoff worked at a large national legal search firm for over four years where he successfully placed numerous attorneys at Am Law 200 and boutique law firms, and in-house with a wide variety of startups and Fortune 500 companies, including Amazon and Rubrik.

Geoff takes a collaborative and creative approach to recruiting and finds great fulfillment in helping candidates and clients achieve their goals by leveraging his experience and vast network of contacts in the legal community.

Geoff has placed attorneys in a wide variety of established and growing legal markets including California, London, Chicago, Atlanta, Denver, Seattle, Arizona, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Delaware, Indiana, Rhode Island and Mississippi.

Outside of work, Geoff is an avid traveler. He also enjoyed performing improvisational comedy and staying active.
