Drew Foster is the Managing Director, and a Senior Legal Recruiter specializing in the placement of Partner and Associate level attorneys. Prior to joining The Foster Group Legal Search, Drew worked as a Recruiter at Michael Page, partnering with both buy and sell side Financial Services clients, such as Credit Suisse, JP Morgan Chase & Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. As a ‘full cycle recruiter’ Drew understands how to effectively manage the recruitment process, from both the candidate and client perspective, which has led to successful placements and fruitful relationships. When partnering with candidates, Drew works sedulously to understand their career path, motivations and long term goals, to ensure an efficient and targeted job search.
Drew earned her Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University, graduating magna cum laude. In addition to course study, she also worked at the Colgate Annual Fund, where she was a top fundraiser. She is a graduate of Horace Mann School where she played on the Varsity Softball and Varsity Basketball teams. She is a native New Yorker, and currently lives in Gramercy Park, where she enjoys the East River bike path and weekend Farmer’s Market.
