Jessica Chang is a Legal Recruiter specializing in the placement of Associate and Partner level attorneys. Prior to joining The Foster Group Legal Search, Jessica worked as an attorney at a New York law firm focusing on commercial and civil litigation. Jessica also practiced as a family law attorney in both New York and Alabama prior to transitioning to commercial and civil litigation. Jessica comes from a family of attorneys. Her ability to relate to the candidates that she works with, and her knowledge of the legal industry allows her to achieve success in her role. Jessica understands the importance of being a trusted advocate and maintaining long-term and meaningful relationships with both the candidates and clients. Jessica received her Juris Doctor from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law, and received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Birmingham-Southern College. Jessica was born and raised in Alabama, but eventually made the move up to the Big Apple, where she enjoys live music and exploring different restaurants and cuisines.
